Lemon Tea is one of my favorite drink and I can have it at any time of the day.
It not only refreshes your mind, helps you reduce weight, freshens your breath, helps in digestion, improves immunity and many other benefits.
Most important it is very easy to make and doesn’t require any cooking skills. other than than knowing how to turn gas on/off and difference between lime and lemon 😉
Here are few simple steps to prepare lemon-ginger team. if you prefer you can have just lemon team.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3-4 cups of water
- 1 lemon
- 1 piece ginger around 2 inch (optional)
- 1-2 spoon Sugar (replace it with honey for healthy option)
Preparation
- Add 3-4 cusp of water in a vessel and bring it to boil
- squeeze 1 lemon in the hot water
- smash the ginger and add it to water (optional)
- Pour tea into mug
- Add sugar or honey (optional)
- Add some fresh mint to add some freshness (optional)
I will suggest try to replace it with your regular tea for couple of days and you can notice the difference.
