Women are often expected as weak and unstable. This may be because of decades of toxic conditioning done to the civilization against the capability of women. I agree that women are physically weaker than men but the world doesn’t run only with physical strength.
From bullock cart to rocket science, we have come very far with mental strength. I believe that women have great amount of innovation and creative skills. This generation of girls are proving it by coding. Coding has become a fascinating stream of engineering bringing great room for innovation and critical thinking. Girls are grabbing these opportunities and are developing their careers in this path.
With increasing demand for IT jobs, I personally feel that this stream of engineering is a boon to the girls who wish to find logic and use their mental strength in problem solving. I am a developer and most of my colleagues are women. This dominance of women in some parts of IT stream is making me feel elated for the way we are moving forward in achieving gender equality.
There are lots of things related to coding that will definitely annoy you. But the most beautiful part of it is ‘Its logic’. I don’t suggest you this stream if you’re not a critical thinker.

- Leading teams for projects
- Presenting innovative ideas in their sector
- Enhancing their managerial skills
- Earning good pay
- Innovating daily
