Lavender essential oil is one of the most popular and versatile essential oils used in aromatherapy. Lavender oil is obtained by distillation from the flower spikes of certain species of lavender.

Skin Treatment:
Lavender Oil also benefits your skin in many ways because of it’s anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammation properties. It should always be used in a diluted form along with other oils like Coconut oil or Argan oil. Wash your face or body with a warm water and any herbal soap, before applying the oil. Massage your scalp with a warm oil, wrap your head with a towel and relax for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Rinse the hair with a warm water and herbal shampoo. Repeat this 2-3 times a week.
